ScottishPower Meter Readings – Payment Options – Moving Home
ScottishPower was founded in 1990 in preparation of the privatisation of the-then state owned Scottish electricity industry. Formed from the merger of the South of Scotland Electricity Board and the North of Scotland Hydro Board, ScottishPower later acquired MANWEB in 1995 before diversifying into the water supply business with the purchase of Southern Water. More mergers came before a takeover bid from Iberdrola was accepted for £11.6 billion and approved by shareholders at an EGM on the 30th of March, 2007.
Today, the company supply energy to more than 3.5 million people across the country, and that’s a lot of customers. But if you want to know how to submit your meter reading, how you can pay and how you alert ScottishPower you’re moving home, it’s not always as easy as you’d want it to be. In this guide, we’re going to explain each.
Scottish Power contact details.
